Refund policy

No online payment is collected in this phase, so there are no platform payment refunds to process. Eligible pending order requests may be canceled before a manual service grant. Externally arranged services require separately agreed terms. Before payments are enabled, the owner must publish a reviewed refund and cancellation policy defining eligibility, timelines, partially fulfilled services, payment-provider responsibilities, taxes, and invoice handling. This page is a preparation template, not a finalized commercial refund promise.
