These are draft terms for owner review. The platform coordinates testing tasks and evidence; it cannot verify Google Play installation, launches, or continuous enrollment from website activity. Google alone determines eligibility and production access. No approval or review duration is guaranteed. Online payment is disabled. Orders are activation requests and do not charge users or grant services. A manual service grant requires operational capacity, a reason, and an audit record. Dedicated test accounts only; never submit production credentials or customer data. The owner must finalize pricing, service scope, support commitments, responsibilities, cancellation, dispute resolution, and governing law before commercial launch.
